THE MODEL BOUTIQUE & CO.  is offering industry internships for students earning a degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, website development, photography, or video production.  We are a full service Modeling and Talent Agency in Osseo, MN seeking excited individuals  ready to introduce our company for the New Year.  All of our Models and Talent have been professionally trained by MSDENISHIA Top Model Coach and Business Owner.

This is primarily a telecommute position that requires communication by email, phone and Zoom meetings with the MBC Team. Occasional attendance may be required at events, Model photo shoots and Top Model Talk Show tapings. 

The Industry internships are ideal for students wanting work from home and create their own schedule.  Our industry internships prepare you for entreprenuership in Beauty, Fashion, Modeling and Business.  The meetings via Zoom will be to allow you to receive feedback on projects and get real-world experience at a Modeling School and Agency startup. 

Internship applicants must be passionate about the business of Beauty, Fashion and Modeling as well as understand the importance of public relations through social media strategies. The position requires excellent writing and communication skills and interest in development of media relationships along with online content. 

• Create promotion strategies to introduce the Agency to the media.
• Create and maintain media lists relevant to Beauty, Fashion and Industry publications.
• Develop strategies to promote Agency Models and Talent to local and businesses in the tri-state area.
• Develop relationships with online media and identify opportunities for promoting the Agency Models and Talent.
• Implement social media strategy promoting the Agency.
• Communicate with weekly progress reports and attend Zoom meetings.

The Industry Internships are designed for undergrad students, grad students or recent college graduate in marketing, public relations, communications, fashion, media or a related field.

Applicants must be self-starters with the ability to create project plans, execute independently, and communicate in a professional manner. Position requires a 3 month commitment for approximately 12 hours per week. Candidates will be required to perform an assigned sample project as a part of the interview process.

The Industry Internship is unpaid – interns who are chosen will receive college credit or may be hired part-time. We also offer the following benefits:
